Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to return a product for exchange or to request a refund, please email details of your order to service@goenjoysexy.com, and we will provide you with the necessary details to complete the return.

We will also provide you with the relevant return delivery address. Please do not assume that any address relating to Goenjoysexy that appears on your original package is the correct destination to return any items.

 

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure you return items in their original packaging, and leave any swing tags or labels attached. Due to the intimate nature of our garments we cannot accept returns that have been worn. We will also not accept returned items that have been washed or tampered with in any way.

 

Note: Sexy Toys items are not be refunded unless they have quality issues.

 

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and Goenjoysexy will not reimburse or offer credit against any costs incurred by returning items.

 

Refunds for the value of the returned items less shipping charges will be processed via the same method as the original payment. Please note that refunds are not available for discounted or promotional items.
