Order & Shipping Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

 

  • Preparation for shipping normally takes 1-3 business days after payment. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

  • The transportation may take 5-8 or 8-12 business days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics.

  • Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

 

  • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

 

  • There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

 

Taxes & Duties

  • Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
